This policy explains what information Pre-Founder Club ("we," "us"), operated by Free Thinkers Consulting LLC, collects on prefounderclub.com and how we use it. Plain version: we collect what we need to sell you the workbook, deliver it, and understand which marketing works. We don't sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you start checkout.
- Your marketing choice, whether you checked the box to get our emails.
- Purchase details from our payment processor, Stripe: name, email, amount, date, and billing country. We never see or store your full card number.
- How you found us: the page you landed on, the referring site, and campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters).
- Website activity through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to measure visits, checkouts, and purchases from our ads.
How we use it
- To process your payment and deliver your download.
- To send emails about your purchase, such as your download link and short follow-ups about using the workbook.
- To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve our ads and website.
- To answer support requests and handle refunds.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Salesforce (customer records and email), Netlify (website hosting), and Meta (ad measurement). They may only use your information to provide their services. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and ad tracking
We use the Meta Pixel to understand whether our ads lead to visits and purchases. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings, your device settings, or your Meta ad preferences.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hey@freethinkersconsulting.com. We keep purchase records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and refunds. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights. We'll honor them, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Children
This site and workbook are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
